LITHIUM BATTERIES

Our company specialises in researching and selecting the most advanced battery chemistry technologies, identifying the most suitable solution for the specific requirements of each project. We do not take a standardised approach: every application is analysed in detail to ensure the best possible performance, reliability and service life.

We design and assemble customised battery packs, managing every stage of the process, from cell selection to the development and management of the complete system. Our expertise also extends to Battery Management Systems, which are essential for ensuring safety, efficiency and continuous performance monitoring.

To ensure high quality standards, we use innovative testing equipment capable of predictively simulating battery life cycles. Through extensive testing and dedicated analysis, we can estimate the service life of the battery packs we design and manufacture, delivering reliable, high-performance solutions designed for the future.

POWERTRAIN

We design and supply powertrains tailored to each project, identifying the most suitable solution based on performance requirements, efficiency, packaging constraints and operating conditions. Every application is analysed in detail to achieve the best balance between performance, reliability and integration within the vehicle system.

We work closely with partners and suppliers through co-design activities, contributing directly to the design of the powertrain and its components. This approach enables us to optimise the propulsion system around the project’s actual requirements, improving mechanical and electrical interfaces and reducing development time.

By closely integrating design, supply and technical support, we deliver flexible, customised solutions that meet each customer’s specific requirements.

SOFTWARE & HARDWARE

We undertake the complete development of software and hardware for every project we deliver, providing dedicated solutions that are fully integrated into the overall system. Each architecture is tailored to the technical specifications, performance requirements and application context.

We develop electronic hardware and control software in-house, enabling a high level of customisation and direct control over all system functions. This approach allows us to optimise performance, ensure reliability and respond quickly to updates or modifications required by the project or the customer.
The integration of hardware and software development is one of our key strengths. It enables us to offer flexible, scalable and innovative solutions, supporting each project from concept through to commissioning.

OVERALL ENGINEERING

Our expertise enables us to manage the entire mechanical design of each vehicle in-house, applying a comprehensive engineering approach focused on innovation. We develop advanced technical solutions tailored to the specific requirements of each application and its performance targets.

Supported by our mechanical engineering departments, fabrication facilities and aluminium foundries, we manufacture chassis and load-bearing structures in-house, maintaining full control over quality, development schedules and manufacturing processes. This vertical integration allows us to explore new construction methods, optimise weight and ensure high standards of strength and reliability.

In-house design and manufacturing provide significant added value, enabling us to offer customised, adaptable vehicles engineered to meet the most complex technical challenges.
